Hospice For Utah is seeking a Full Time registered nurse. RN Case Managers are responsible for supervising the overall care of patients and their families at the end of life. Must have a current RN license in the State of Utah and be reliable, flexible, clinically competent, and have the ability to work well with a team.

Music Thanatologist or Music Clinician

Applicants must have a music thanatologist certification. Full and part time positions are available. Positions in this field are open in the following counties:
