HOSPICE FOR UTAH FOUNDATION

The Hospice for Utah Foundation exists to improve the quality of life for those with a terminal illness.  Our belief is that every person should spend his or her last days with physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. All of our lives have been touched by death at one time or another and our goal is to help provide an opportunity for patients and families to discover new meaning in life from the dying process. Hospice services do not hasten nor prolong death but provide the means for patients to be comfortable and most often, at home surrounded by loved ones.

The Hospice For Utah Foundation is funded one hundred percent by donations from individuals, companies, organizations and other foundations who want to be a part of the growing awareness of palliative end-of-life care. All of our donations go to provide care and supplies needed to keep a terminally ill patient with limited resources in comfort.

Due to the increasing number of patients without insurance coverage or benefits, the Foundation is always in need of funds to continue with its services.
